When our loved pets or animal friends die, the grief can be crippling and is often dismissed because ‘it’s only a dog/cat’.
The loss of an animal friend or pet can be terribly upsetting. This pet death cafe will focus on why the grief is so overwhelming, with a short talk from Dr Judith Wester, followed by facilitated discussions in small groups.
The £7 donation includes tea and cake.
If you would like to bring a photo of your pet please do. We will also have a collection basket for tinned or dried animal food which will be given to local animal sanctuaries.
